Meet Karen
Karen is passionate about delivering high quality event experiences for her clients. She has over 15 years of event management experience and has worked on a variety of events both in Ireland and abroad.
Karen's Bio
Having worked in the sports industry for almost 10 years, Karen has built a network of sports contacts in Ireland, across Europe and further afield. Karen graduated with a first class honours MBA in 2022 from Longford International College where she studied alongside sporting legends including Jurgen Klinsmann, Karen Carney and Cesar Azpilicueta. Having worked for the Gaelic Players Association for almost 10 years, Karen has developed close relationships with many of Ireland’s leading GAA sports stars and has a large network within the GAA community and other Irish sporting organisations. She has managed many sports related events and conferences including the PwC All Star Awards, GPA Legends Lunches, reunion dinners, networking events and charity and corporate fundraising dinners in amazing venues from Irelands iconic Croke Park to The Plaza in New York.
Karen has also worked in the Leadership space in the GPA’s flagship leadership programme and was project manager for the EU Athletes PROLead Erasmus+ project where she helped to design a leadership course for player organisations across Europe.
Kick-Off Event Management hopes to bring Karen’s years of experience in the sporting and events world to deliver high class exciting events for her clients.
